What's the Difference between EPP & CPP?

Watford Ladies are proud to invest heavily in player development. In order to offer the best possible opportunities to develop players of all abilities, we operate the following development structure:

Community Player Pathway
Watford Ladies CPP is an all abilities pathway. It is open to anyone who simply wants to play football regardless of experience or ability.
We are proud to have volunteer coaches, who are all FA Qualified, managing and coaching our CPP teams, many of whom have moved players into the EPP  teams for further development.
CPP generally train once a week, on a Wednesday evening and play their matches on a Saturday Morning

To join our one of our Community Player Pathway teams all you need to do is contact the New Players Liason by emailing and register your interest.

Elite Player Pathway
This is the pathway to further develop players who are more advanced and who may not be able to get the best out of the Community Player Pathway structure. We are very proud to employ UEFA B and A Licensced coaches to push and develop the players on the EPP structure.
Players on the Elite Player Pathway development route train twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evening and play matches on a Saturday.
