Having starred for Arsenal, Birmingham and England in the past, Ellen had a spell on the sidelines with injury, and on her return, long term coach / manager / team mate / friend (?!) Sian convinced her she would get back to the top with Watford, she joined the club in 2006 and was inspirational in the teams rise to the top.
